Consulting

Our consulting activities are based on the principle “we help you think” – field of consultation, main problems and needs are defined together with the enterprise and also the action plan is worked out in co-operation.

Marketing consultations involve the following fields:

  • Mapping the current situation of marketing: evaluation of the company’s position in relation to competitors, analysis of the aptness of current marketing activities.
  • Working out the positioning and differentiation strategy for the company (or product/service). Defining the core competences that support differentiation.
  • Strategic marketing plan: working out the marketing strategy that supports the general strategy, objectives and goals of the company; also the target markets, products/services and co-operation with sales and service departments are defined.
  • Communication strategy: defining the communicated messages, their objectives, channels, forms, budget and people responsible proceeding from the marketing strategy.
  • Marketing tactics: working out the detailed action plan and defining the objectives, budget, and persons responsible for it.
  • Marketing metrics: working out and implementing the principles to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Brand strategy: evaluation of current situation; positioning; working out or amending the strategy and action plan.
  • Customer relationship management: working out the principles and the processes; offering appropriate solutions in co-operation with partners.
  • Service management: defining the current service level, working out the strategy, objectives and action plan as well as service standards.
  • Market and customer orientation of the company: evaluation of the current situation and working out the action plan to increase the level of market orientation.

    • “Marketing is not only marketing, but everyone’s role in the company” was one of the basic beliefs of Jack Welch, the former top-manager of the General Electric and one of the most admired managers in the world, while developing the company to become one of the most successful ones in the world.
    • Company achieves maximum results through excellent market orientation, i.e. situation where every functional department is aware of developments and achievements within its specialty, knows what the competitors are doing, and what the customers expect and need. Exchange of information between the functions is a presumption for creating customer-centric solutions and introducing them before the competitors. Relying on the experience and know-how regarding defining the companies’ market orientation and working out supporting action plans, we are ready to help companies to become more market and customer orientated.
